What makes a Millennial loyal to a brand? We surveyed 2,000 Millennials, ages 18 to 33, to find out. We asked how Millennials view brands and their opinions on brand loyalty compared to their parents. We also looked at the media channels and specific criteria that drive their brand selection and affinity.
