As a child, I aspired to become… an FBI agent.
My very first job was… collating direct mail packages at a factory.
The most important lesson I learned as a female business leader… how to use my competitive spirit to win.
A female business leader that influenced me the most is… Many, I can¹t single out any one woman. Most recently, Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayer and Sheryl Sandberg¹s books have influenced me.
Best advice I ever received… never forget to say thank you and acknowledge contributions whenever you address a group in a team meeting.
Advice you never received but wish you had… wish I would have made more time for my female friends as I advanced in my career. I had work and family and no 3rd thing. Female friends are so enriching!
Susan will be addressing two big ideas in her keynote:

2. How storytelling is crucial for branding and culture
Packard will also speak about how she tied nonprofit into her for-profit venture and how she catapulted Scripps Networks’ market value to more than $7 billion!
