Ingrid Hackett

General Counsel

Ingrid Hackett is a seasoned corporate attorney with extensive leadership experience in Fortune 100 retail and consumer goods companies.

Since 2015, Ms. Hackett has served as General Counsel, Compliance Officer for Quantum Spatial, Inc. (QSI). She provides guidance to management and the Senior Leadership Team on all legal matters, including contract negotiations, transactions, intellectual property, corporate governance, regulatory, compliance, and dispute resolution issues. As QSI continues to expand its presence worldwide to new destinations and markets, Ms. Hackett provides leadership and support for the company’s business objectives and also mitigates its legal and reputational risk in an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment.

Prior to joining QSI, Ms. Hackett was Assistant General Counsel of Technology, Intellectual Property, and Licensing at The Home Depot (“Home Depot”) and Assistant Corporate Secretary for Home TLC (one of Home Depot’s subsidiaries). During her tenure at Home Depot, Ms. Hackett received numerous awards for her counsel and leadership, including The Orange Blooded Award, the Chief Executive Officer’s highest award; and both Legal Affairs Gavel Award for Leadership in Living our Values and Creating Shareholder Value, the General Counsel’s awards.

For over a decade, Ms. Hackett was a key member of two multi-national consumer packaging companies. She was Lead Counsel for Technology and Innovations for The Coca-Cola Company and Lead Counsel for both Pringles and Folgers at The Procter and Gamble Company. Ms. Hackett’s stellar legal advice was recognized by both organizations for its significant business impact. She received awards from The Coca-Cola Company’s General Counsel and The Procter and Gamble Company’s Legal Senior Leadership team.

Ms. Hackett was selected to participate in the prestigious Georgia Association of Women Lawyers’ Leadership Academy, The National Black Lawyers Top 100, and also is listed on the 2014 Lawyers’ of Color Hot List. She is a mentor and active member of the Georgia State Law Mentoring program, she has served on the Emory University Intellectual Property Board, and she enjoys running – she won 1st place in Atlanta’s Annual Run for Justice twice!

Ms. Hackett received a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School, where she was a member of the Environmental Lawyer Law Journal; an MBA from Xavier University; and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with Honors, from The Georgia Institute of Technology.
