Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an EMEA/APAC Head of Ecosystem Partnerships who will help MediaMath shape, build, and evolve SOURCE by MediaMath, a platform bound by values, respect for people’s data, and a commitment to delivering transparent addressable and accountable advertising to reach real people on real media.  This leader will be responsible for the development and execution of industry leading media, data, and technology partnerships across all screens and speakers including video, audio, mobile, native and display in EMEA and APAC.

Your team will own partnership initiatives from start to finish, inclusive of bringing major offerings to market.  The team will achieve this by collaborating with necessary teams from Product, Senior Leadership, Legal, Policy, Marketing, and Sales as needed to establish, grow, and make progress on these partnership opportunities. You will articulate to our partners and their connections MediaMath’s Ecosystem mission, plan for an integrated strategy and how this will be executed. Solutions and ecosystem linkages will be a combination of scale, repeatable processes and one-off solutions built to spec as a point solution that can prove out a defined business need ready for further potential scale-up. 

You will:

  • Own the execution of the SOURCE strategy in your regions and key results for the MediaMath supply and data and technology ecosystem as the public face of our Eco-system, across existing and emerging mediums.
  • Identify strategic product co-development and partnership opportunities with our SSPs, data and technology providers, publishers, and other partners to create long-term value for all. Evaluate and vet new opportunities and make recommendations for a path forward including managing existing and new/early-stage developments through maturity
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing teams to ensure MediaMath’s Client Success Organization understands MediaMath’s Ecosystem and SOURCE strategy and customized narrative for key partners, clients and, agencies
  • Support Client needs to deliver on the objectives and key results of our top clients and generate revenue from partnership directly (i.e. joint sales meetings alongside vendors, contribute to RFI’s, etc.) and indirectly (create Marketing opportunities, Training, Sales Collateral, etc.)
  • Lead the commercial supply and data/tech teams and direct cross-functional supporting team functions, including Technical Account Management, Integrations, Analytics, and Marketplace Quality.
  • Define and implement Mediamath CTV ecosystem strategy in EMEA and APAC in collaboration with product and Sales organisation
  • Be an active member of the EMEA / APAC leadership team

You are:

  • A thought leader within the ad-tech Ecosystem, specifically around inventory theory and practice and supply chain best practices in EMEA and or APAC
  • Experienced leveraging enterprise market and ad-tech industry insights to develop a vision and execution strategy
  • A leader which bridges a gap between Client and Product teams
  • Comfortable being a visible leader: on stage, in the board room, and with clients and partners
  • Able to influence and facilitate groups with diverse perspectives and bring teams to consensus/alignment

You have:

  • 10 years of experience in the AdTech Ecosystem. Ideally in partnership development, management, and/or consulting along with strategy and operational execution
  • Strong executive level relationships with leading industry players in EMEA or APAC
  • A proven track record of success driving company-wide initiatives
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and generate results among potentially conflicting constituencies
  • Strong business acumen and analytical abilities to analyze business performance around supply chain challenges
