VP Business Development EMEA

You will closely work with the global leadership team on strategic opportunities as well on regional new accounts which you will drive.

We’re looking for a VP Sales to help us expand across EMEA

What you’ll be doing…

  • Directly lead and contribute towards building and growing EMEA’s pipeline and revenue.
  • Establish short-term results and a long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting, leveraging EMEA’s pipeline and identifying new market opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Professional Services, Product/Engineering, Marketing, Legal) to structure deals that maximize revenue for all stakeholders.
  • Build and direct a motivated, high performing sales team focused on agencies and enterprise clients across EMEA while guiding them exceed revenue targets as individuals and as a collective team.
  • Work with EMEA Leadership, to lead, develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to a highly targeted Agencies and Enterprise prospects.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and other functions to architect and execute a well-oiled machine driving pipeline conversion.
  • Set team and individual KPIs and hold your team members accountable, while creating an environment that brings out the best in everyone.
  • Implement tools and scalable processes to nurture the pipeline, track and report progress, and accurately forecast revenue.
  • Synthesize customer feedback and help inform and drive our product roadmap across markets in EMEA.
  • Represent the company at Industry events as a Subject Matter expert and a key player and influencer. You will lend your credibility in the Ad Tech space to our robust and patented technology.


We’d love to hear from you if you have…

  • 7+ years of Enterprise Software / SaaS complex Enterprise sales experience or Agency Sales experience for a DSP with at least 3 recent years in a Sales Leadership role.
  • You will have a proven ability of building and leading the EMEA territory within SaaS Software, ideally within Demand Side Platforms (DSPs).
  • Proven ability to build and coach Agency and Enterprise sales people to guide, improve, develop and sustain a high performing Sales Team.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and forecasting, with proven analytical capability.
  • Track record of setting and meeting ambitious targets through motivating Sales teams to consistently overachieve.
  • Top interpersonal skills and EQ skills; adept at working effectively with key internal and external decision makers.
  • Self-motivated problem solver with outstanding attention to detail and to have the capacity to go high and low in terms of management.
  • A strong individual track record of excellence in sales, working with complex deals and clients.
  • Experience in leading meetings and speaking in front of large groups at industry events.
  • Travel around the EMEA region required to meet the needs of the role.

  • You have a credible working history within the Demand Side Platform space.
  • You have experience of sales /leadership with DSPs.
  • You are especially excited by the specific opportunities with the use and management of programmatic for media buying and optimization.
  • You have already been instrumental in building the EMEA territory in your current or earlier experiences, especially focused on the top five European markets.

Remote First Working
