TITLE:
Trading Lead
LOCATION:

DUTIES:
Member of the Trading team that is responsible for driving client performance on our MediaMath TerminalOne platform by leveraging cutting-edge product functionality as well as a vast network of best-in-class partnerships. Serve as a subject matter expert on how media campaigns are managed by using programmatic platforms and optimization engines. Help manage campaigns as well as consult with clients directly to ensure an optimal campaign performance. Participate in research, analytics, and product testing efforts to develop new best practices and cultivate industry thought leadership. Apply analytics within a business environment using data analysis, client engagement, marketing, and hands-on media trading in the marketing/advertising industry. Perform marketing analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, customer segmentation, forecasting, and econometric modeling for campaign designs, campaign management, and analyses. Work with large data sets and understand analytic methodologies for evaluating data with SQL and other data manipulation tools. Trade and optimize media in our MediaMath TerminalOne Platform as well as interface directly with our clients. EOE.
REQTS:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field plus three (3) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, or as a Technical Writer, Programmatic Campaign Manager, or a related position. Must have three (3) years of experience with all of the following: Utilizing ad tech Demand Side Platforms (DSP), including The Trade Desk or Google Display & Video 360; Setting up all components of a campaign with a DSP, managing budget, and implementing campaign optimizations; Utilizing ad verification tools, including DoubleVerify, IAS or MOAT; Utilizing ad management and attribution platforms, including DCM, Flashtalking, or Appsflyer; Hands-on-keyboard to set up private marketplace deals and troubleshoot delivery issues; Utilizing Excel Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, VBA, Macro, and Power Query to make client-facing dashboards; Utilizing the web analytical tool Google Analytics; Utilizing project management tools including Jira or Salesforce; Utilizing Facebook Business Manager; Communicating key insights for a non-mathematical audience with storytelling. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field plus one (1) year of experience in the position offered, or as a Technical Writer, Programmatic Campaign Manager, or a related position and one (1) year of experience with all of the above-stated skills. Employer will accept pre- or post-Master's degree experience. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
HOURS: Full time; Mon- Fri (40 hrs/week)
SALARY: $124,000-$128,000 per year
