Key Responsibilities 

We are seeking smart, data focused individuals to join our Client Success Team on a 6 month internship. The Client Success team is responsible for driving client performance on the MediaMath TerminalOne platform, leveraging cutting edge product functionality as well as a vast network of best in class partnerships to do so.

As a Programmatic Analyst, you will serve as the primary point of contact for service delivery across our Client Success organization. You will help diagnose and coordinate with internal resource and you will be ­become a subject matter expert on how media campaigns are managed using programmatic platforms and optimization engines.

You will:

  • Troubleshoot for client campaigns and trading and in support of managed / self-service accounts with responsibility for meeting client pacing and performance objectives 
  • Provide daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reporting to internal and external teams as required
  • Assist with data collection and analysis for Quarterly Business Reviews and research initiatives
  • Communicate performance and pacing updates in internal and external account meetings
  • Support Traders and Account Managers in preparation and follow-ups related to weekly external client calls through presentations and note taking 
  • Answer day-to-day inbounds around activation, programmatic strategy, and operations; Goal to drive satisfaction with MediaMath products, performance and service
  • Supports the creation, maintenance and execution of projects/initiatives/content development in the form of best practices and client playbooks

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree; recent graduate with relevant internship or degree

You Are:

  • Experienced with MS Excel and Power Point
  • Able to demonstrate analytical skills and ability to think creatively about challenging problems
  • Someone with an insatiable appetite for learning in a collaborative environment
  • All about attention to details
  • Able to self-manage and juggle multiple priorities
  • An excellent communicator – ability to distill key ideas for a non-mathematical audience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun, and entrepreneurial environment
