Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about technology products and is obsessed with solving challenges in an ever-evolving advertising industry. This individual will deep dive into the advertising technology space and have a deep understanding of how customers use our platform to accomplish advertising objectives. Collaboration is key to success and this individual will work with stakeholders and clients to determine what product needs are critical for success. Natural curiosity and a desire to learn about the ever-evolving industry is a must to be successful in this role. As the owner of this product, leadership and communication skills are critical to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and supportive of the mission.

This role will take ownership of all things Creatives on the MediaMath Platform. Creatives is a key component of any advertising campaign: it is what the end user sees, hears, and interacts with in an ad. You will own the product that is responsible for handling and processing thousands of creatives at a time. You will collaborate with the stakeholders to understand the requirements and collaborate with UX and engineering to build new solutions to help our clients accomplish their marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand requirements from clients and partners and prioritize the roadmap to execute in partnership with engineering and UX
  • Work with product peers to coordinate product development and align on roadmap and dependencies
  • Deep dive into technical specifications and APIs to support creatives across different systems and platforms
  • Become proficient in executing usability studies, research and market analysis and start to make connections to product requirements that will enhance user satisfaction
  • Work cooperatively with Training, Business Development, Sales and Marketing teams to effectively launch, package and market new products/features
  • Collaborate with support and account managers to troubleshoot issues and provide guidance on best practices

You Have

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS digital media platforms
  • Understand and have worked with API technologies (JSON, XML, REST, OAuth) and how data is transferred across different systems
  • Have an intuitive sense of good UX and collaborate with the Design team to design and simplify complex workflows throughout the creative lifecycle
  • Experience working with multiple partners to set expectations and collaborate on integration projects
  • Experience collaborating with, communicating, and managing expectations with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Aha, Confluence, and Jira
  • Competency with business intelligence tools such as Looker and SQL
  • Understand technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications
  • Highly analytical thinking with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience in the advertising technology space is ideal
