Mediamath seeks an experienced Product Manager to join our Reporting Platform team and focus on creating world class APIs and querying environments for internal and external consumers. This person will help build powerful and cutting edge infrastructure to support real time analytics and define the future state of the MediaMath Reporting offering. He/she will work closely with product stakeholders across the company to help prove the value of their products and partner with a dedicated engineering team to design the solutions.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive Mediamath's strategic vision for Insights by defining product enhancements that improve capabilities and user experience for TerminalOne clients
  • Collaborate with product, engineering and cross-functional teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Monitor and optimize team progress on a regular basis to ensure delivery of committed functionality
  • Work collaboratively with internal stake holders to launch, market, and support new products and features
  • Work with user research to collect product feedback and then use that feedback to advance the product offering
  • Work with product marketing to create product documentation and demos new product features
  • Manage support issues for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction

What you’ll need:

Background

  • BA/BS in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or business administration preferred
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Understanding of API Product Management, preferably around analytics
  • Ad-tech/digital media/an advertising agency experience highly desired
  • Experience working in an Agile framework

Skills

  • General understanding of all phases of programmatic advertising including, supply management, buying, and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, work ethic and the ability to work well individually as well as leading cross functional project teams
  • Understanding of design principles and aesthetics of business dashboards and reports (i.e. look and feel)
  • Understanding and experience with big data technologies and platforms is highly desired
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrate an ability to solve complex problems and present recommendations to senior management effectively
  • Experience with Agile software development / Scrum methodology 
  • Developed data analysis skills using SQL and other scripting languages
