We are seeking a candidate that is knowledgeable about audience databases and data onboarding in the digital advertising industry.  This role will lead our data onboarding products, which include our segment database and site tagging solution.  Our onboarding product suite enables the use of 3rd party and 1st party data.  In addition to becoming an expert in those areas, the incumbent is also expected to partner will several teams including our core bidder and attribution to monitor retargeting and attribution use cases.  The incumbent is also expected to utilize privacy by design principles when building out products.

US Proposed Salary Range: $120,000-$151,000 (Annual)

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee our segment database, maintain optimal data flow
  • Partner with UX to obtain user feedback on the tagging experience
  • Build data onboarding flows for 3rd party tagging solutions, DMPs, and CDPs
  • Maintain audience syncs with data partners
  • Prioritize and maintain a roadmap for data onboarding enhancements and improvements
  • Lead sprint planning and workload capacity measurement
  • Partner with adjacent teams, including identity, bidder, and attribution, to drive end to end product implementation
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop go to market messaging for onboarding products
  • Drive user adoption of our tagging solution

You Have

  • Knowledge of the use cases of data onboarding and retargeting
  • Workable knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with databases and database design
  • Expertise in data onboarding and data segments
  • Experience with Agile principles of Product Management and JIRA
  • Ability to influence other stakeholders
  • Competency with business intelligence tools (Looker)
