Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a strategic, action orientated Marketing Director with experience across the key facets of B2B marketing to support the EMEA, APAC, and LATAM business units in meeting and beating its revenue goals through great marketing. As a senior individual contributor on the Global Marketing Team, you will deliver a robust program of marketing initiatives in partnership with the Commercial team. This is an amazing opportunity to play a key role in supporting MediaMath’s rapid growth in advanced digital advertising.

You will:

  • Develop and execute a marketing plan to meet the revenue goals and thought leadership objectives for our EMEA, APAC, and LATAM business units across 5 key areas:
    • Commercial enablement
    • Press and Thought leadership
    • Owned and Industry Events
    • Account Based Marketing
    • Industry and Partner Marketing
  • Analyze key marketing metrics to ensure all initiatives meet agreed KPI’s, report results to the marketing team and wider business
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the organization: commercial, product, executive leadership to deliver impactful marketing communications on strategic initiatives
  • Uphold the MediaMath brand guidelines and values, working as a brand ambassador to ensure all guidelines are adhered to and all marketing and sales support materials are creatively engaging and relevant, while on brand

You have:

  • 8 years marketing experience; 5+ years of experience working in media or ad tech - driving marketing strategy across EMEA. Experience across JAPAC and LATAM is highly desirable but not essential
  • In depth knowledge understanding of online advertising industry and a passion for transforming the online ad space
  • Built and leveraged senior-level relationships with partners, agencies, and companies
  • Strong written skills and ideally experience writing within the technology landscape - translating technical capabilities into clear, concise, and compelling stories and content

  • Organized and can prioritize themselves and others - driving momentum for numerous projects simultaneously to meet deadline
  • Able to communicate effectively with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders up to executive level
  • Solution-oriented and have creative thinking skills to evaluate problems and to drive win-win outcomes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing, demanding but fun environment
