Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Manager, People Partner to support our global team from our NYC headquarters.  This role will be responsible for facilities, employee programs and corporate social responsibility initiatives.  The ideal candidate has facilities management experience and has been involved in creating a positive employee experience by planning, implementing, and evaluating people policies, programs, and practices.

Facilities Manager

  • Manage the daily operations of the MediaMath NYC office and the elements of a hybrid work environment (people, technology, communication, etc.)
  • Oversee our office facilities strategy and execute on current needs
  • Manage relationships with our vendors globally; negotiate and maintain contract terms for building security, housekeeping, engineers, food services, copy machine maintenance, electricians, and HVAC
  • Track monthly budget vs. forecast to ensure facilities/maintenance spending is aligned
  • Lead company safety efforts by conducting Site Emergency training, implementing and maintaining Incident Management, Business Continuity, and Emergency Communications Programs
  • Stay on top of all local COVID protocols and guidance for building and company office.
  • Perform hands-on project management of all workstreams for office moves, construction, commission/decommissioning of office space.

 Employee Experience Manager

  • Spearhead strategy, planning and logistics for company events, employee recognition spotlights, company outings and hands-on activities which further MediaMath’s commitment to our core values, and diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Partner with People leadership to ensure a memorable, positive employee experience at all phases of the employee lifecycle to promote retention and satisfaction
  • Develop and execute a corporate responsibility strategy to elevate MediaMath’s community involvement and expand philanthropic initiatives.
  • Lead and collaborate the efforts of our Employee Resource Groups, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, and Culture Club to ensure our strategy is coordinated across the company and best in class in the industry.

 You have:

  • 3 5+ years’ experience in the facilities and employee experience space
  • Strong computer proficiency skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of various local, state and national building and safety codes
  • A passion for company culture and creating a unique a differentiated employee experience
  • Comfortable leading several projects simultaneously with a structured approach and pivoting in a fast-paced, evolving environment
