Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Compensation who will join our People Operations Team to manage the daily operations of global compensation in 13 countries across North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM.


You will:

  • Lead MediaMath’s compensation strategy, design and administration to ensure a competitive and streamlined approach
  • Manage the design, market analysis and administration of MediaMath's salary, bonus and commission plans
  • Price new jobs to determine classification, salary range and compensation structure placement
  • Conduct job evaluation, competitive assessment, survey administration of salary and bonus for all employees
  • Oversee the administration of the company Equity Program and the quarterly Board of Directors approval process.
  • Lead semi-annual raise, promotion and bonus compensation cycles.


You are/have:

  • A minimum of 3 years of prior experience in Compensation administration
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong leader with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing priorities and deadlines in a professional manner
