Key responsibilities

We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager who will join our People Operations Team to manage the daily operations of global benefits and compensation in 13 countries across North America, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM.

You will:

Benefits

  • Manage global employee benefits programs, such as group health, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k)/pension, and wellness benefits.
  • Partner with 3rd party vendors and our internal stakeholders to create competitive, cost-effective benefits packages for the organization.
  • Ensure the accuracy of benefits enrollments in our HRIS – UKG/UltiPro and file feed connections to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information.
  • Respond to benefit inquiries from employees and assist with resolving claim issues.
  • Manage monthly process for applicable lines of coverage.
  • Administer leave of absence globally, educate employees on their options, and monitor claims.
  • Lead benefits new hire orientation, benefit enrollments, and off-boarding.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met for Affordable Care Act, 5500, Workers Compensation, Non-Discrimination testing, SF HCSO, PCORI, Medicare Part D, 401k audits etc.

Compensation:

  • Conduct the analysis, design, and administration of MediaMath compensation program.
  • Assess new jobs and their duties to determine classification and appropriate salary range and compensation structure placement.
  • Conduct job evaluation, competitive assessment, survey administration, and program administration of salary and bonus for all employees.
  • Administer MediaMath Bonus, Sales Compensation, and Equity Incentive Plans.
  • Lead annual compensation raise and promotion cycles.

You have:

  • 4 years+ experience administering global benefits and compensation plans.
  • Strong project management, Excel, and communication skills.
  • Proven relationship management experience with multiple external benefits providers /brokers.
  • A focus on continuous improvement, risk control, and efficiency of the function.
