Key responsibilities


We are currently seeking a highly analytical HRIS Manager to join our People Operations team to drive our systems and analytics strategy. In this role you will be responsible for configuring, supporting and identifying systems and tools that support our People Programs, Recruiting, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Analytics. The role works closely with IT and Finance to ensure the HRIS strategy is aligned with the broader company strategy.


In this position you will define and develop critical reporting dashboards and analytics to provide business intelligence in the areas of headcount, attrition, employee engagement, recruiting, talent and process compliance to determine overall trends and areas of opportunities in the organization.


This position will report into the Director of People Operations and will work closely with executives across the organization as well as the People Team.


Responsibilities

  • Drives and influences HRIS strategies and process that cover all domains of the current systems including Recruiting, Onboarding, Human Resources, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits and Analytics.
  • Develops analytics and reporting, workforce planning, people budget and run rate tracking for Board of Directors and executives
  • Manages relationships with systems vendors to ensure we are receiving the support needed. Tracks service requests, conducts regular root cause analyses and implements controls to eliminate repeatable issues.
  • Primary contact with People, IT and Finance to streamline processes and ensure consistent application and integration of HR systems and tools
  • Assists in the documentation review, testing and implementation of all HR functionality; Lead upgrades and testing
  • Responsible for maintaining data accuracy and integrity within system through regular review and audit of data
  • Actively participates in annual People projects (benefits open enrollment, compensation merit, bonus and equity cycles) by collaborating with functional subject matter experts on the process / system design, configuration, testing and providing support post-launch.
  • Conducts formal and informal training sessions to employees and functional users regarding HRIS and Payroll features and functionality.


You have

  • Bachelor’s Degree, concentration in HR or data analytics
  • 5+ years of experience in HR system administration and providing end-user support and training
  • 2+ years as a project lead or overall HRIS system owner
  • Experience with HR processes and system support/set up: Payroll; Compensation; Benefits, Time Tracking, Absence; Talent Acquisition; New Hire On-boarding/Offboarding, Learning & Performance Management Administration
  • Advanced excel skills (conditional/logical statements, data manipulation, vlookup, arrays, etc.)


You are

  • Ideally experienced with Ultipro, Looker and Greenhouse ATS experience
  • Organized with strong project management skills and experience leading a major system or integration implementation between HRIS systems
  • Exceptionally analytical with problem solving, root cause analysis and research skills; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to handle multiple tasks/stakeholders, sense of urgency and strong time management aptitude
  • An excellent communicator with presentation skills (written and verbal)
