Position Overview & Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a driven marketing manager to support our teams around the world. You’ll be part of a growing marketing team with the opportunity to take ownership of projects across the marketing spectrum.

This is a varied role suited to an all-rounder who likes working across a range of marketing tactics. Some of your focus areas will include:


  • You’ll manage the events process with support from the marketing director. From planning and promotion to executing and reporting, you’ll be working across paid sponsorships, earned and owned events.
  • Our events are a combination of online webinars and in-person events, so some travel may be required, and you may be needed on site.

Sales Enablement

  • You’ll be working closely with our new business, client success, product marketing and ecosystems team to make sure our teams have the tools they need. We’re looking for someone who’s great at building relationships with people across teams around the world.
  • Create pagers, seasonal offers, case studies and decks. You’ll need to work across teams to get the information you need, effectively brief designers and ensure materials are shared widely.
  • Support on the go-to-market of new products, offers, and partnership, through content, training webinars, newsletters etc.

PR & Content Marketing

  • We’re looking for someone with an eye for a headline. You’ll be working with our PR agency to help manage press opportunities, create thought leadership and manage our blog.
  • Support with the creation of content marketing. From whitepapers to infographics, you’ll bring ideas of how we can create content that stands out.

Lead Nurture & Digital Marketing

  • You’ll be hands-on with our tools, including Sales Force, Octane 11 and Marketo/Hubspot.
  • Manage advertising campaigns with the support of a digital marketing agency.
  • Help create lead nurture and scoring programs
  • Work with our web designer to keep the MediaMath website up to date.


  • We’re looking for brand ambassadors. You’ll promote the MediaMath brand across everything we do.

About You:

  • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience working in a communications or marketing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred) – CIM/IDM Marketing qualification is preferable or 3 years equivalent experience
  • Online advertising industry knowledge or background in digital marketing is preferred.
  • You’re a self-starter and like to take the initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills – you’re a strong writer and presenter.
  • Experience with marketing software such as Marketo/Hubspot/Active Campaign
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are required particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
