Key responsibilities:

Our omnichannel DSP allows marketers to manage truly omnichannel campaigns across mobile, display, video, OTT, audio, digital OOH, and native, with privileged access to our global ecosystem of premium supply.

We offer the complete set of capabilities needed to manage coordinated omnichannel campaigns including execution, creative management, targeting and reporting in a centralized location, allowing marketers to transcend siloed channel buying and focus on driving great consumer experiences and incremental business results from their marketing.

We are seeking a Director, Product Management to join our DSP team and focus on Campaign Activation and Management.  This person will responsible for ensuring that our offering is constantly improving and evolving by leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative PaaS components and drive our new generation of campaign management.

You will:

  • Drive Mediamath's strategic vision for Campaign Activation and Management by defining product enhancements that improve capabilities and user experience for TerminalOne clients
  • Use product strategy documents to describe business cases, technical requirements, revenue opportunities and costs of enhancements. Translate said strategy into epics and detailed stories for the engineering teams
  • Collaborate with product, engineering and cross-functional teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
  • Monitor and optimize team progress on a regular basis to ensure delivery of committed functionality
  • Work collaboratively with internal stake holders to launch, market, and support new products and features
  • Work with user research to collect product feedback and then use that feedback to advance the product offering
  • Work with product marketing to create product documentation and demos new product features
  • Manage support issues for both internal and external stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction

You are:

  • Highly analytical with exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experienced working in a agile and Scrum environment
  • Demonstrate a collaborative approach to accomplish work and the ability to influence an outcome through a consultative methodology
  • Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

You have:

  • Bachelors or higher in Computer Science, STEM or Business
  • 6+ years of product management experience; ideally working on data driven SaaS platforms
  • 3+ years working in adtech, digital media, or advertising with exposure to campaign management
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic tech landscape including ad serving, RTB, DSP, and SSP
  • Deep understanding of all phases of programmatic advertising including, supply management, buying, reporting, and billing required

Key Responsibilities

MediaMath’s Product team is currently seeking a Data Engineer with the knowledge, passion, and capability to build and work with complex datasets that are used by product and account management teams to discover and deliver audience insights for our clients. The key remit of the role is to support manual processes addressing immediate client demand for audience targeting and measurement for CTV campaigns. As the Data Engineer, you will support these initiatives through building, maintaining, and optimizing data infrastructure

You will:

  • Become an expert in MediaMath data flows and the Analytics data infrastructure.
  • Build, maintain, and own scalable data pipelines to support client data integration.
  • Become a team SME in data munging and automated ETL processes.
  • Work with Analysts to understand and leverage big data to solve client problems and needs.
  • Ensure that data pipelines/systems adhere to team and company standards, and raise the bar on the standards when possible.
  • Be a team player, and bring the team and company forward by solving team and company priorities.

You are:

  • Experienced in writing readable, re-usable code SQL and Python
  • Experienced with distributed system technologies, Hadoop, HiveQL, and Spark SQL/PySpark
  • Experienced in implementing data pipeline health monitoring, alerting
  • Experienced with data infrastructure troubleshooting and working with system logs
  • Experienced developing data flow schematics/blueprints
  • Advocate for automation and building efficient, scalable solutions
  • Self-driven, with a hunger to learn and spread knowledge by teaching others
  • Excellent communication skills – ability to synthesize and communicate technical concepts, limitations, and requirements to client-facing teams and stakeholders

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher, preferably with a concentration in a computational field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering;
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in building, troubleshooting, and optimizing production ETL pipelines - ideally held a Data Engineer position previously
  • Experience with data modelling, data integration, and working with disparate data sources, including APIs and relational databases
  • Experience partnering with client-facing teams to understand client needs and translate them to technical requirements
  • Experience with cloud computing technology, preferably AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda)
