Position Overview & Responsibilities
We’re looking for a driven marketing director to support our teams in the US and around the world. You’ll be a key member of our growing marketing team and responsible for leading marketing across the Americas.
This is a varied role suited to an experienced all-rounder who likes working across a range of marketing tactics.
Some of your focus areas will include:
You’ll work with MediaMath’s new business and client facing teams to develop the events strategy, manage events budget, negotiate with suppliers, and oversee our events presence.
Our events are a combination of online webinars and in-person events, so some travel may be required, and you may be needed on site.
You’ll be working closely with our new business, client success, product marketing and ecosystems team to make sure our teams have the tools they need. We’re looking for someone who’s great at building relationships with people across teams around the world.
Work with our partners to create co-branded marketing opportunities, oversee the creation of materials and help launch new partnerships and offers to market.
You’ll have a strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and product set and be able to advise and present on market trends.
PR & Content Marketing
You’ll be the day to day contact of our PR agency in North America, setting KPIs, PR strategy and ensuring they hit targets.
Set the content marketing strategy across the Americas and work with external contributors to deliver new assets.
Lead Nurture & Digital Marketing
You’ll be familiar with our tools, including SalesForce, Octane 11 and Marketo/Hubspot.
Work with marketing coordinator to manage advertising campaigns.
Help create lead nurture and scoring programs.
We’re looking for brand ambassadors. You’ll promote the MediaMath brand across everything we do.
At least 5 years’ experience working in a communications or marketing role.
Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred) – CIM/IDM Marketing qualification is preferable or 3 years equivalent experience
Online advertising industry knowledge or background in digital marketing is strongly preferred.
Experience managing budgets, working with finance teams and tracking return on investment.
You enjoy working in hands-on marketing roles
Excellent communication skills – you’re a strong writer and presenter
Experience with marketing software such as Marketo/Hubspot/Active Campaign
Strong Microsoft Office skills are required particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
Some travel and overnight travel will be required- frequent day trips, semi-regular overnights might be required.
