Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Director to join our Client Success team. You will be responsible for managing the relationships of some of our largest clients and leading a team of Client Service professionals and Traders.

Client Services are primary point of contact for client relationships and client strategy manage delivery, onboarding and product activation. They diagnose and coordinate with necessary MediaMath resources in order to achieve the client’s goals and grow the business.

US Proposed Salary Range: $128,000-$160,000 (Annual)

You will:

  • Own and develop strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders from C-suite to Hands-in-keyboards
  • Lead pitches to cross-sell and upsell new channels and features that meet client needs to achieve client KPIs
  • Oversee client onboarding and implementation process including product, channel and partner activation, campaign launches and ad-hoc projects
  • Coordinate resource management and allocation and control activities leading a cross-functional team to ensure projects are delivered and clients are delighted
  • Understand and communicate relevant new products, features, and capabilities that support clients objectives and ensure successful deployment and activation
  • Creating and streamlining processes and workflow
  • Client Training (facilitating educational programs) in sales and trading to support knowledge and advocacy of the MediaMath platform

You are:

  • Experienced managing and growing enterprise level client relationships, dealing with key stakeholders and achieving account retention and growth
  • Experienced in AdTech and/or programmatic advertising account management, marketing consulting and/or brand management or yield optimisation
  • An experienced people manager, with proven experience hiring and developing team members
  • An excellent presenter who can address and solve client’s media objectives

You have: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years’ experience working within the Programmatic industry specifically within a client services team
  • A background in both Strategy and Activation
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills. Must be comfortable with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.
