Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Client Success Director with a proven history of leading and managing large agencies, in a competitive, dynamic, and evolving marketing space. As Client Success Director at MediaMath, you are the senior strategic lead on existing accounts, developing strategies to grow the partnership.

In close partnership with the Pod Leader (VP, Client Success), you will engage with executive-level contacts (cross-functional) at the agency or brand, and be expected to establish, develop, and deepen the relationships that will allow our partnership to grow.

You will:

  • Drive client performance across our agency and brand partnerships
  • Design both internal and external plans for growth, including but not limited to QBRs, Account Strategies, in collaboration with Partner Services team
  • Proactively inform partners about key product updates and enhancements, specifically when these can help drive net new spend and/or advertisers.
  • Design and implement strategy for upselling specific new products, selling new advertisers within a partnership, and proactively identifying new ways to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain forecasting and opportunity management within Salesforce; Responsible for reporting out on key revenue changes weekly.
  • Responsible for providing Partner Success team with all background, insight, guidance, and timing for new business and upsell opportunities so that the PS team can effectively launch/activate.
  • Work closely with Pod Leadership to develop specific partnership narratives around key MediaMath initiatives and deliver them to partners.

 You are:

  • Able to communicate effectively with senior executives at Holding Companies/Global Fortune 500 brands
  • Personable, charismatic, and positive
  • Ability to present and express yourself in a clear, confident manner

 You have:

  • 7+ years of experience within the Adtech industry in client success or commercial facing positions
  • Built senior-level relationships with key strategic partnerships across large holding companies, independent agencies, and re-sellers
  • Proven ability to set account strategy and drive revenue growth across assigned partnerships
  • Proven ability to manage and coach a team
  • Understanding of AdTech platforms and industry topics
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Solutions Engineers on key accounts to drive deals and influence
  • Solution-oriented and creative thinking skills to evaluate problems and to drive win-win outcomes
  • Effective project management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a methodical fashion
