Key Responsibilities:

MediaMath are seeking an experienced Administrative and Salesforce assistant to join our LATAM team! This position requires a tech savvy candidate with strong communication skills - as you will be regularly interacting with internal stakeholders to scope and implement solutions that simplify and improve business efficiency and processes.

As a team, Sales Operations focuses on developing sales methodologies, enhancing the quality and effectiveness of internal processes, and leveraging technology to streamline and automate workflow to reduce user friction and get to revenue faster.

You will:

  • Administrative support to senior members of the LATAM team, including preparing reports, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings
  • Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
  • Being a point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders
  • Support on Salesforce tasks
  • Work with internal stakeholders and team members to input, update business needs and entries

You have:

  • College degree or equivalent work/technical experience
  • Preferable 1+ years Salesforce experience, Salesforce certification preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment.
  • Working knowledge of data management and data quality techniques and processes.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish language
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
