July 22, 2014 – Silverstein Properties Inc. signed its first private-sector tenant for space at 4 World Trade Center: MediaMath, a marketing-software company.

MediaMath will consolidate more than 300 employees in three Midtown locations at the 72-story tower, taking about 106,000 square feet on three floors. The company signed a 15-year lease.

The deal in part reflects the attractiveness of the new transportation hubs at the World Trade Center area that will connect area subway lines and a PATH station, said Janno Lieber, Silverstein’s World Trade Center president.

Open for about six months, 4 World Trade Center also will house the headquarters of the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey and 600,000 square feet of municipal offices for New York City.
