NMI announces a partnership with Step Up, a non-profit designed to empower young women to find success beyond high school and in the workplace

New York, NY – November 3, 2015MediaMath, creator of the TerminalOne Marketing Operating System™ for digital marketers, recently announced a partnership between New Marketing Institute (NMI) and Step Up, a non-profit designed to propel girls from under-resourced communities to fulfill their potential by empowering them to become confident, college-bound and career-focused.

As the leading digital marketing educators, NMI is partnering with Step Up to create opportunities for young women with limited resources to have the chance to train and prepare for college. Step Up provides students with the guidance and mentorship for success and career development after high school. Together NMI and Step Up will provide the necessary training, content and mentorship opportunities for these young women’s career development.

The programs vary in course level and focus area, allowing for female students of all interests and education levels to have the proper mentorship and training for optimal career development.

Young Luminaires Saturday Mentoring Program

  • A program aimed at female high school seniors. The program connects students with mentors for a monthly Saturday meeting, occurring eight times a year.

Member Mixer

  • An Open House, educational mixer for 30-50 members and guests to attend. The event includes a speaker and a moderator who will educate the larger group about a topic pertaining to empowerment and today’s evolving digital marketing landscape.

Pathways to Professions Field Trip

  • A workplace visit for 20-25 high school juniors, allowing them to hear from a panel of MediaMath employees, tour the office and engage with an experiential project with the help of professionals and mentors.
