Key Responsibilities 

As a User Experience (UX) Designer, you will think about the design of a product area end-to-end for a specific persona and their journey. Including thinking at the high-level as well as in the details: defining the interaction design, information architecture, content strategy, copywriting, and visual design details.

You will be working on high impact and value products that are critical to our success and growth. You will run your own research and team up with researchers using qualitative and quantitative research methods to test existing products to identify gaps and usability issues, to help the company better understand its users, and find new opportunities for growth. 

You will: 

  • Evangelize design and the user’s perspective through-out the product development lifecycle 
  • Perform heuristic evaluations on comparative and competitor products 
  • Partner closely with product managers to define hypothesizes, problem statements, user stories, KPIs, ensure solutions meet business objectives, and we’re solving the right problems for our customers 
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to work through technical feasibility, work through implementation, and ensure design details don’t get lost 
  • Architect information in a way that is accessible, usable, and understandable
  • Express MediaMath’s brand personality through visual design (e.g. color, composition, typography, visual hierarchy, etc.) 

  You have: 

  • 2+ years of UX Design experience 
  • Contributed to a couple of shipped products 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 

You are: 

  • Prepared to own the end-to-end experience for a specific persona and their journey 
  • Ready to deepen your craft and talk about your work and take it to the next level 
  • Tactical with a solution-minded mindset
