This individual will work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to ensure the successful delivery of work contributing to a variety of programs. They will be responsible for running the day-day with these teams (Scrum meetings, facilitating conversations, resolving, or raising impediments, looking for ways to make these teams more efficient in delivering work). This individual will also be responsible for ensuring that communication from the team is raised to the correct set of stakeholders and maintaining any team reports / dashboards.


  • BA/BS degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience, managing diverse teams and complex projects
  • Experience working in technology project initiation in a large technology/digital environment
  • Strategic thinker that can connect business outcomes to technology solutions, strong collaborator, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization; including written, verbal presentation and facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Solid team building and team management skills, with proven experience managing virtual teams
  • Strong situational analysis and decision-making abilities


  • Work with Product Managers, engineering, and cross functional teams, overseeing concurrent projects and maximize value according to the roadmap, resource and schedule constraints.
  • Facilitate any Agile ceremonies the team undertakes. This could include stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives, showcases / demos
  • Manage dependencies across project(s) ensuring all targets & requirements are met
  • Work with Program managers to ensure you are contributing to the most important programs goals and milestones (Highlighting any risks, issues, or general updates around a team's delivery).
  • Manage and coordinate communication for cross functional teams, constantly managing expectations and change management.
  • Drive the release management process, ensuring all code has been tested, dependencies vetted and communicated to dependent parties.
  • Oversee the incident management process by facilitating post-mortems effectively and following through on action items/next steps to ensure we are following best practices
  • Technically savvy to work with engineers on various levels, challenging them
  • Proactively identify and resolve a team’s issues that may impair a team’s ability to meet their goals
  • Find techniques for and promote alignment of priorities (tech with business)
  • Leverage data to drive better decision making
  • Process improvements:
  • Excel in leading effective meetings (keeping teams on track), planning, document decisions, and follow up
  • Preferable knowledge of tools: Jira, Confluence Wiki, Aha and Salesforce
  • Process Improvements:
    • Focus on Continuous improvement and cross team scalability
    • Constantly evaluate workflow, and identify opportunities to improve individulas and team efficiencies
    • Work with the leads to draft the processes that allow the team to scale
