US Proposed Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 (Annual)

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sr. Analyst, Payroll & Reporting who will join our HR Operations Team to manage the daily operations of global payroll to ensure accurate payments are made to 500+ employees in 13 countries across North America, EMEA, APAC and LATAM. In addition, you will be responsible for making recommendations to improve process and establish the guidelines and procedures for operational excellence in payroll services.

You will:

  • Manage the processing of US and international payrolls, including salary, bonus, commissions, benefits and taxes to 500+ employees consistent with federal, state, and local county regulations.
  • Ensure new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations are completed accurately, timely and follow internal procedures that are modeled after best practices
  • Manage audit procedures and reporting from ADP Workforce Now and ADP Streamline’s 3rd party local payroll providers as it relates to management reports and tax preparation
  • Build and manage strong working relationships with 3rd party providers and our internal Finance team to resolve issues and drive end-to-end process improvements
  • Maintain communication with payroll service providers regarding software updates and new products available to be able to initiate the use of new features
  • Support with semi-annual raise, promotion and bonus compensation cycles as well as equity management

You are:

  • Experienced working with Workforce Now or Ultipro software
  • Experienced with US Payroll

You have:

  • 2 years experience administering Global Payroll
  • Strong project management skills, experience leading a major system or integration implementation between HRIS systems
  • Proven relationship management experience with one or more external payroll service providers
  • A focus on continuous improvement, risk control and efficiency of the function
