The MediaMath IT team administers systems with a holistic approach and is responsible for the study, design, development, implementation, support, and management of telecommunications and computer-based information systems and software. Providing support to our colleagues who utilize MediaMath systems in their day-to-day responsibilities and operations is a key function of the IT team.

The MediaMath IT team is currently seeking a Support Technician II to be part of the day-to-day frontline that provides, supports and maintains the availability of services and infrastructure within the company’s global corporate environment.


Support Technician IIs are responsible for learning, maintaining, and documenting information pertaining to systems, software, applications, and processes used across the organization. All internal support requests are their responsibility to respond to or escalate to Systems Administrators, as necessary.  Additionally, Support Technician IIs are expected to be mentors and an escalation point for more junior members.




  • Work within MediaMath's established standards, procedures and guidelines in delivering service to staff
  • Fulfill service requests in a highly customer-service oriented manner
  • Monitor, respond to, and escalate service issues in a timely manner
  • Follow proper ticketing procedures and best practices
  • Use customer service KPI metrics (ex: first response time, time to resolution, etc.) to achieve goals and improve support performance
  • Improve existing and develop new documentation for systems and services
  • Participate in training to develop and maintain knowledge in existing and new technologies
  • Assist with inventory management and asset tracking
  • Onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Supporting both Mac and Windows-based laptops
  • Conference Room / Audio Visual support
  • Support Systems Administrators with day-to-day activities and projects
  • Serve as SME on various IT systems
  • Work with Project Managers to provide technical knowledge and assistance
  • Mentor and be an escalation point for fellow junior Support Technicians

What you'll need:



  • 2-3 years Mac & PC desktop support experience in a fast-paced environment [university or professional]
  • MCP or A+ certification



  • Working knowledge of server environments with the following systems: Mac OS, Windows 10, and various Windows Server versions (2k12, 2k16)
  • Experience imaging, deploying, and supporting both Apple and Windows-based PCs (Dell, Lenovo)
  • Experience configuring and supporting Microsoft Office365 applications (desktop apps, email, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc)
  • Experience managing and supporting video conference hardware and applications (Zoom)
  • Experience with cloud computing virtual private networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus
  • Experience configuring and managing cloud based applications
  • Working knowledge and ability to troubleshoot wireless devices, including iOS and Android
  • Working knowledge of imaging procedures and services (JAMF, Microsoft Intune)
  • Understanding of networking technologies and LAN environments
  • Understanding of TCP/IP networking concepts
  • Understanding of network configurations for virtual platforms
  • Understanding of Network Security
  • Understanding of VOIP concepts
