In 2011, media buyers had still not caught up with the eyeballs. While 25% of the time people are consuming content is over the Internet, only 19% of the advertising dollars are spent online. And while another 8% of the time people spend reading content is via mobile devices, mobile is only getting 0.5% of the media buy.
