Account Director, Managed Services
The company’s Managed Services team consists of expert campaign strategists, traders, and technologists who collaborate with clients on more complex and large-scale efforts requiring expert assistance or custom tactics.
MediaMath is currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Account Director with exceptional communication and analytical skills to help lead one or more Managed Services relationships day-to-day.
In this critical role, the Account Director will be responsible for deeply understanding agency and client objectives, collaborating with senior agency partners to craft innovative marketing and campaign strategies, and driving relationship growth.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a consistent and collaborative MediaMath presence, and lead all day-to-day relationship aspects, for assigned accounts

Database Developer
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing objects for data warehouses and SQL/Perl scripting utilizing various database technologies and have the ability and experience to quickly solve complex problems through elegant software design and hard work. Responsibilities:
- Supporting the ongoing development and architecture of MediaMath’s enterprise data warehouse environment.
- Designing design tables and develop SQL/Perl/PL SQL/Shell scripts for new projects and support existing applications
- Translate client user requirements into technical architecture vision and implementation plan
- Design and develop the architecture for all data warehousing components (e.g. tool integration strategy; source system data ETL strategy, data staging, movement and aggregation; information and analytics delivery; and data quality strategy)
- Design of the data warehouse data storage strategy/techniques

Sales Engineer

Yield Manager / Director
MediaMath is currently seeking Yield Managers and Yield Directors with exceptional quantitative and analytic skills to oversee yield management for MediaMath’s clients. These individuals are the “portfolio managers” for groups of accounts in our Managed Services practice. In this critical role, the Yield Manager/Director will design, launch, and manage campaigns using MediaMath’s proprietary TerminalOneTM platform and optimization engine, ensuring that campaigns meet and exceed performance goals. The Yield Manager/Director will work directly with our Sales, Account, Media Operations, Supply, and Data & Reporting teams to understand and implement campaign requirements on the front-end, manage optimization within and across campaigns to meet client objectives, and translate the resulting performance and insights back out to clients. This person should not only have sharo analytic skills, but also have strong general problem-solving skills to deal with new challenges as they arise, excellent communication skills to impart critical information to a broad non-quantitative audience, and enjoy working in teams.
Responsibilities:
- Become expert at using MediaMath’s proprietary media trading platform and analytics
- Provide inputs and guidance around campaign design, including requirements for success and optimal use of MediaMath’s platform to achieve client goals
- Implement and launch campaigns across MediaMath supply & data partners, to ensure alignment with all requirements, constraints, and objectives
- Execute and oversee day-to-day yield management across all campaigns and supply sources, including performance monitoring, identifying and implementing enhancements, issue identification and escalation

Desired Qualifications:

Flash Developer
Responsibilities:
- Inserting Adroit component into existing flash creatives and
modify the creative so it will work with the Adroit Component.
- Maintain and extend the Adroit Flash component to add
functionality and manage the k-size of the component to project
specification
