SVP, Corporate Accounting & Reporting
As SVP of Corporate Accounting and Reporting, Jeff oversees MediaMath’s global accounting and financial reporting functions. This includes the day-to-day accounting and treasury activities of all of MediaMath’s global entities, as well as the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements of the Company. Jeff’s Accounting and Finance team handles the daily accounting, cash management, and compliance functions needed to support a growing multi-national organization at the highest levels. This support also includes coordination across the entire Company as it relates to budgeting and forecasting needs of the organization.
Jeff has more than 19 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, coupled with a deep understanding of internal control design and implementation, along with experience dealing with domestic and international tax matters. Prior to joining MediaMath, Jeff spent approximately 2 years at interclick, Inc., a company in the adtech space, and was responsible for the technical accounting, financial reporting, tax compliance and all SEC filings of interclick, Inc, which was a publicly traded company before being acquired by Yahoo in December 2011. Before joining interclick, Inc., Jeff spent nearly 15 years at Rothstein Kass, a national accounting firm, where he was public accountant and ultimately, a partner, providing audit, accounting, tax and consulting services to small and mid-size companies (both privately and publicly held) in a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, publishing, and construction.
Jeff currently resides in Boonton, NJ with his wife and two daughters. Jeff graduated from Montclair State University with a B.S. in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in New Jersey. He is an avid New York Giants and New Jersey Devils fan.Back to Management Team
