MediaMath is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated Project Management Office (PMO) Manager or Director. This individual, reporting to the COO, will be responsible for helping organize, manage, and track, multiple simultaneous strategic initiatives across the company. The candidate will need to be highly organized, process-driven, energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with different functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:

Liaise with project owners from each department, as well as the senior management team, to gather information on current and upcoming cross-functional projects.

Organize, track, and communicate information pertaining to cross-functional projects (including all Product and Technology related projects) to the broader team.

Manage weekly meetings of the department heads to ensure projects are queued up, discussed by the management team, and decisions and next steps are captured.

Manage quarterly reviews of all project implementations with the management team.

Assist the COO and management team in project prioritization, i.e., development of business cases, evaluation against strategic criteria, risk assessment, etc.

Assist CFO and management team in building KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports and processes, provide analysis and offer recommendations.

Create and deliver company-wide communications, including complete views of project activities and progress summaries, as well as updates around specific key initiatives.

Help improve upon current PMO tools and processes for tracking, organizing, and communicating information, e.g., better ROI and LoE estimates, improved risk assessment, analysis of historical data, centralized project knowledge base, etc.

Assist with the management of individual projects as needed.

Assist HR and department heads with resource planning, including forecasting the demand for resources, planning for needs, and maximizing the productivity of existing project resources.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management and/or consulting.

Experience with technological product development and/or online marketing preferred, but not required.

MBA preferred but not required.

Proven ability to design, development, and implement process improvements.

Proven ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams.

Strong project management and organizational skills.
